CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS - 2016

Banca Popolare di Milano would like to announce that today's meeting of the Management Board approved the following Calendar of Corporate Events for 2016 in accordance with art. 2.6.2 of the "Regulations governing the markets organised and run by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.", as follows:

• approval by the Management Board of the consolidated results of the BPM Group at 31 December 2015 and proposal of net income allocation: Monday, 8 February 2016

• approval of the draft separate and consolidated financial statements of the BPM Group at 31 December 2015 by the Management Board: Tuesday, 23 February 2016

• approval of the separate and consolidated financial statements of the BPM Group at 31 December 2015 by the Supervisory Board: Wednesday, 30 March 2016

• Annual General Meeting of the Members of BPM: Saturday, 30 April 2016 (1st calling: Friday, 29 April 2016)

• approval of the interim report at 31 March 2016: Tuesday, 10 May 2016

• approval of the interim report at 30 June 2016: Thursday, 4 August 2016

• approval of the interim report at 30 September 2016: Tuesday, 8 November 2016

Presentations of the results to financial analysts have not yet been scheduled.
