Milan, 25 October 2016 - Notice is hereby given that, on the proposal of the Nominations Committee, the Supervisory Board of Banca Popolare di Milano S.C.ar.l. ("BPM") today appointed Graziano Tarantini as a member of BPM's Management Board.

Graziano Tarantini's curriculum vitae will be available on www.gruppobpm.it. It should also be noted that the additional information required by the regulations concerning market disclosures, including the Management Board's assessments of the status of the newly appointed member in terms of being an executive or independent director and other requirements for holding office, as well as the number of shares held, will be announced to the market in a press release as soon as they are available.
