Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. : BBVA Plans 2-year Euro Benchmark Senior Unsecured Bond

Spanish lender Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA.MC), or BBVA, plans a euro-denominated benchmark bond, said one of the banks linked to the deal Monday.
Initial price thoughts on the senior unsecured bond is in the area of 325 basis points over midswaps.
BBVA, Commerzbank, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan and Natixis are lead managers on the deal.
Ratings are Baa3 from Moody's Investors Service Inc. and BBB+ from both Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings.
