Banco Bradesco SA : Fitch Ratings reaffirms Bradesco Seguros ratings

The
ratingagency Fitch Ratings has maintained
Bradesco Seguros' international and national Insurer
Financial Strength (IFS) Ratings at A- and AAA,
respectively.
According to Fitch, the ratings were attributed based on
factors such as consistent performance during the course of
economic cycles, prudent constitution of technical
provisions, as well as comfortable
liquidityand
capitalizationratios.
Bradesco Seguros' performance in 2011 remained stable and
favorable, with net income of R$ 3.2 billion and
shareholders' equity of R$ 13.7 billion. During the year,
it retained its market
sharein all the segments it operates. Its
total premiums, including contributions, grew 23% - higher
than expected - according to Fitch.
