BANCO DE SABADELL, S.A. Further to the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union, which was made public today, Banco Sabadell declares that:
1) Banco Sabadell's floor clauses have not been declared null and void, therefore Banco Sabadell is not directly affected by the ruling of the CJEU.
2) Banco Sabadell considers its clauses to be transparent and that its customers have been appropriately and clearly informed, in compliance with the requirements set forth by the Supreme Court in order for such clauses to be considered valid.
3) Banco Sabadell has analysed each individual case and has reached, where appropriate, a solution with each of its customers.
