Porto Alegre, September 3, 2014.

We hereby inform the Shareholders that we will carry out the payment of interest on equity related to the third quarter of 2014, in the amount of R$ 67,739,180.40 (sixty-seven million, seven hundred thirty-nine thousand, one hundred and eighty Reais, forty cents) which, after Income Tax withholding at source, results on net interest on equity of R$57,578,303.34 (fifty-seven million, five hundred seventy-eight thousand, three hundred and three Reais, thirty-four cents) according to the decision made at the Board of Director's Meeting held on May 06, 2008.
