BANCO INDUSTRIAL E COMERCIAL S.A., a corporation with head offices in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima 4.440, 1st to 5th floors, Itaim Bibi ('Company'), in compliance with the provisions of article 3rd of Instruction No. 358 dated January 3rd, 2002, as amended, issued by the Brazilian Securities Commission ('CVM'), and as a complement to the Press Release dated September 29, 2015 hereby informs the shareholders of the Company and the market that the Company received today the Official Letter n.º 416/2015/CVM/SEP/GEA-1, which has approved the cancellation of registration of the Company as a publicly-held corporation as issuer of securities category 'A', in connection with the successful completion of the auction of the integrated mandatory tender offer for up to the entirety of the ordinary and preferred shares of the Company, and in compliance with all applicable regulatory provisions.
Thereby, the Company becomes a closely held corporation and securities issued by the Company are no longer listed for trade at BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros nor at any organized market.
