Banco Macro : and the Municipality of Salta execute a collaboration agreement for the enhancement and maintenance of the Park: Plaza 9 de Julio

Salta, May 27, 2014. The President of Banco Macro, Mr. Jorge H. Brito and the Major of the City of Salta, Mr. Miguel Angel Isa, will execute at 6 p.m. today a Collaboration Agreement for the Enhancement and Maintenance of Plaza 9 de Julio for a three-year term, at Centro Cívico Municipal. The event will also be attended by the Governor of the Province of Salta, Mr. Juan Manuel Urtubey.

For the purpose of actively and voluntarily contributing to enhance the community, the economy and the environment of the City of Salta, Banco Macro is willing to collaborate with the Municipality so as to enhance and maintain its main Park, given that both parties consider that this is a recreation, integration and significant space in the life of the citizens and tourists.

The investment and management works costs shall be borne by Banco Macro, whilst the authorization, supervision, direction and control to be executed shall be borne by the Municipality.
