Banco Macro : Fundación Banco Macro and Fundación Educando launch a new edition of the "Educando en Informática" Program

Buenos Aires, October 18, 2016. Banco Macro continues conducting its policy focused on making life easier for its clients throughout the Province, offering products and services according to their needs. In line with such policy Banco Macro announces significant news as regards mortgage loans, offering a new fixed nominal interest rate of 3.50 % with outstanding principal balance in UVI´s adjustable by CER rate, involving a two point reduction compared to the current rate.

This new interest rate will be available only for customers who evidence deposit of their salary at Banco Macro, and incorporates an advantage, since it allows the chance of allocating the loan to home refurbishments/ enlargement, apart from the usual purpose of allocating the loan to home ownership.

The maximum available amount according to income shall be of up to (two million pesos) AR$ 2,000,000, and the ratio between loan installment and borrower's income cannot exceed 35%. The maximum term is 180 months (15 years) and borrowers may borrow up to 75% of the appraisal value of the property.
