Banco Tucumán Grupo Macro launches the "First Innovation and Entrepreneurship University Program"

Tucumán, March 12, 2015. Banco Tucumán Grupo Macro and the university Universidad del Norte Santo Tomás de Aquino (UNSTA) present the "First Innovation and Entrepreneurship University Program". This program shall be sponsored by the newspaper La Gaceta.

The goal of this contest is to foster the development, promotion and enlargement of micro ventures by means of the provision of training, economic support and mentorship so that beneficiaries may implement their own business projects and travel the road that will lead them to have their own small company (Pyme).

The competition consists of three stages: 1º nomination and selection of the scholars, which was held until January 31, 2015; 2º training and 3º award to the best grades.

Banco Tucumán Grupo Macro shall award 30 scholarships for the purpose of promoting cultural change in communities by fostering entrepreneurship values, in the understanding that through an active commitment towards the community entrepreneurs are inserted in a productive manner in the local economy.

Participants shall attend, as from March 12, 2015, ten modules that shall focus on issues related to communication, marketing, RSE, e-commerce and negotiation, among others. The following prizes shall be awarded according to academic merit: 1º prize: AR$25,000, 2º prize: AR$20,000 and 3º prize: AR$15,000.
