Banco Macro signed an agreement with the Education Ministry of Córdoba in the frame of the 'Jóvenes Valores' program

Córdoba, May 18, 2016. Banco Macro and the Education Ministry of Córdoba signed an agreement to extend the scope of the 'Jóvenes Valores' program to public institutions in the province. The ceremony, which was held on Wednesday May 18 at 11:00 am at the Bank's main office located at Alvear 65, 6 piso, was attended by Eduardo Celani, Banco Macro Division Manager in Córdoba and authorities of the referred Education Ministry.

For a second year in a row Banco Macro holds the Jóvenes Valores program, an internship program addressed at students that are about to complete secondary school in the districts of Córdoba Capital, San Francisco, Villa María, Villa Allende, Río Tercero, Villa Carlos Paz and Río Cuarto. Banco Macro plans to train more than 400 students in the province of Córdoba during 2016.

Currently, the 'Jóvenes Valores' program involves the participation of 27 branches of the Bank in the referred districts and up to date 52 educational institutes with more than 350 students have enrolled.

The Bank's program is open to all those students willing to accelerate their personal and professional growth. During the internship, each intern obtains training and develops his/her talents in a real work experience at branches of the Bank, being trained by the Bank's professionals. The final stage of the program involves a 20 business day real work experience, after which each participant is awarded a certificate evidencing the internship and training completion.
