MATERIAL FACT São Paulo, April 28, 2017 - Pine (BM&FBovespa: PINE4), a wholesale bank focused on establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and investors announces:

  • The re-election of the following members of the Board of Directors: Noberto Nogueira Pinheiro, Rodrigo Esteves Pinheiro, Igor Esteves Pinheiro, Norberto Zaiet Junior, Maílson Ferreira da Nóbrega and Gustavo Diniz Junqueira.

  • Noberto Nogueira Pinheiro takes over as Chairman of the Board, while Rodrigo Pinheiro as Vice President. Noberto Nogueira Pinheiro Junior and Harumi Susana Ueta Waldeck left the Bank's Board due to their dedication to personal projects.

Pine thanks both, Mr. Pinheiro Junior and Mrs. Waldeck, for their valuable contributions over the past years and recognizes the relevance of their participation in building a strong franchise and defining the business strategy.
