mark to Banco Santander, which accredits its commitment to
customer satisfaction, innovation, and economic and social
development.
Madrid, July 20, 2012. Following the corresponding review
process, Banco Santander is once again recognised as a bank
which innovates and constantly improves, seeking customer
satisfaction and contributing to the economic and social
development of the society in which it is present. The
criteria established to award this distinction are grounded
in excellence in service, corporate responsibility and
consumer confidence.
The Bank meets the quality requirements of the Madrid
Excelente management model and accepts responsibility for
providing the best services and products to existing and
potential customers, taking account of the management of
processes, the involvement of employees and the guarantees
offered. Authorisation to use this distinction, awarded in
June 2011, is valid for 3 years.
