The Management Board of Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. herebysubmits the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary
General Meeting ofBank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. (the "EGM") held on23 January 2018.
Shareholders:
1.BNP Paribas SA - 50,524,889 votes, which represents 59.98% of the total number of votes and 62.55% of votes at the EGM;
2.BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV - 23,884,975 votes, which represents 28.35% of the total number of votes and 29.57% of votes at the EGM;
3.Rabobank International Holding B.V.-5,613,875 votes, which represents 6.66% of the total number of votes and 6.95% of votes at the EGM.
