BCA Gets WOW Service Excellence Award for Maintaining Prime Services for Customers

Jakarta, May 8, 2015 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) once again received an award from WOW Service Excellence Award. BCA win awards for the category of Conventional Bank (BOOK IV) in a ceremony held by MarkPlus Insight in Jakarta, Friday (5/8).

BCA Adviser of Advertising and Media Bureau Norisa Saifuddin stated: "Customers are the main drive for BCA's success and the main reason we maintain our commitment to providing the best quality, convenient services. Responding to uncertainties in the business environment in 2014, BCA had the initiative to intensify its relations with customers through quality products and services that fit the need of customers. In return, we would like to dedicate this award to the customers. We welcome this [award] with excitement as an acknowledgement over the hard work and our commitment."

WOW Service Excellence Award (WSEA) 2015 is an award that recognizes companies with the highest Service Excellence Index, according MarkPlus Insight surveys of over 600 respondents in Jakarta. The aspects reviewed in WOW SEA include Awareness, Appeal, Asking, Action, and Advocacy towards customers. Additionally, WOW SEA also measures customer enjoymentover the products and services, customer experience, as well as customer engagement.

"One of BCA's missions is to understand the need of customers and provide the right financial services to satisfy the needs of our customers. We will continue to provide the best service to facilitate business and banking activities all over Indonesia," Norisa concluded.
