BANK LEUMI LE ISRAEL BM The international economic magazine "World Finance" has selected Bank Leumi as the "Best Bank in Israel" for the fourth consecutive year.
Every year the magazine ranks banks and financial institutions worldwide under various categories. Leumi was chosen by a professional panel of judges based on quantitative and qualitative research that examined the following criteria: total assets under Group management, market share, capital adequacy ratio, range of products and services, technological innovation, accessibility and corporate social responsibility.
As part of the innovative trend led by Leumi in recent years to improve the customer experience, the Bank is investing extensive resources in infrastructure and technological developments in order to make the services provided accessible to its customers in a variety of digital channels.
Leumi recently launched, for the first time in Israel, a range of advanced digital services, including: 'Instant Balance', which allows customers using a Leumi mobile app to see the balance of their bank account instantly and without the need for identification; 'Cellular Check Deposit', allowing customers to deposit checks in their accounts by taking a picture with their smartphone; and soon Leumi is launching 'Text Transfer' that will allow customers to withdraw cash from Leumi's ATM machines using only a smartphone, without the need for a magnetic card.
