The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. ('Bank') informs that on 27 October 2017, acting according to the article 17 paragraph 2 point 4 of the Articles of Association of the Bank and others valid regulations and professional standards, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers sp. z o.o. of Warsaw at Al. Armii Ludowej 14 ('PwC') as the auditing company authorised to audit 2018 financial report of Bank Millennium and consolidated financial report of the Bank's Capital Group as well as other reports on periods in 2018.
PwC is registered on the list, kept by the National Chamber of Auditors, of companies authorised to audit financial statements under entry No. 144.
The Bank has previously used the services of PwC, such as advisory, including tax advisory. Furthermore the selected company audited:
financial statements of the Bank and consolidated financial statements of the Bank's Capital Group - the last one for the accounting year ending 31 December 2016,
interim consolidated financial statement of the Bank and consolidated financial statement of the Bank's Capital Group for the period from 1 January 2017 to 30 June 2017.
The agreement with the selected company shall be concluded for a period essential for performance of activities involved with auditing the above statements on 2018.

Bank Millennium SA is a Poland-based commercial bank.
