Bank Millennium : opens new branch in Galeria Wroclavia

The new branch in the recently opened Wroclaw shopping centre stands out among competitors not only thanks to its innovative design but also a unique service model, which consists in talking to the customer about his/her expectations and ideas.

- Less and less customers come to branches to do straightforward transactions, such as cash deposit or withdrawal. This is not to say however that there are less customers in the branches. They need to communicate with our employees directly and it is decisive in matters like signing a loan agreement or planning an investment. Bank Millennium builds customer relations based on trust, which is one of the values in our mission statement - Wojciech Rybak, Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium, responsible for retail banking said.

- Branches continue to play a very important role in the perception of our brand; hence we want our customers to be comfortable in the special space we have created for meeting focused on discussing their needs - Artur Żurek, Director of the Retail Network Support and Optimisation Department in Bank Millennium, said.

The one-of-a-kind interiors of the Bank Millennium branch, created by Eksner Industry architects, was designed with a view to providing comfort to the customer who should feel special at all times of day. Appealing screens in the windows, desks with access to Millenet e-banking as well as a mobile banking demo on a tablet showcase the innovative solutions, which can be expected in the new Bank Millennium branch by the inhabitants of Wrocław as well as passengers of a coach port located in the new Galeria Wroclavia shopping centre. Moreover customers of the branch are free to use the ATM and cash deposit machine and also to make BLIK transactions quickly and in complete security.

Bank Millennium already has 10 similar branches in Poland and is planning to open new ones and to revamp further branches.
