Bank Moskvy AKB OAO (P) : The Bank of Moscow has granted a bank guarantee for 259.75 million roubles to the company Energetika. Microelectronika. Avtomatika (OOO EMA).

The Novosibirsk subsidiary of the Bank of Moscow has granted an irrevocable guarantee for 259.75 million roubles to OOO Energetika. Microelectronika. Avtomatika (OOO EMA) for one year and one month. The guarantee is granted to secure return of an advance payment under a contract with ZAO Vankorneft.

The engineering company OOO EMA was founded in 1990. It implements comprehensive solutions for automating production processes for electric power facilities and industrial enterprises. The company provides a broad range of services: from design and delivery of equipment to tuning and start-up work and maintenance of automated systems. Its business partners include OAO Krasnoyarskenergo, OAO Sverdlovenergo, OAO Kuzbassenergo and many others.

In 2012, OOO EMA signed a contract with ZAO Vankorneft for installation of dispatch management and technical metering of electric power systems.
