Sergei Yastrebov and Mikhail Kouzovlev discussed the possibilities of the Bank of Moscow to participate in infrastructure projects of Yaroslavl region

On April 17 a delegation of the Bank of Moscow headed by the President and the Chairman of the Board - Mikhail Kuzovlev - visited Yaroslavl. During the visit, Mikhail Kouzovlev met Sergei Yastrebov, Governor of Yaroslavl Region. At the meeting there were discussed the possibility of the Bank of Moscow to participate in financing the infrastructure projects of the region, as well as cooperation with a regional operator within the limits of a new system of apartment buildings overhaul.

The Bank of Moscow has considerable experience in financing large-scale resource development projects in the sphere of development of capital region municipal infrastructure. The Bank is ready to introduce its successful experience in similar projects implementing in Yaroslavl Region.

The cooperation between the parties within a new system of apartment buildings overhaul was discussed separately. The Bank has developed a comprehensive programme of cooperation with the entire chain of overhauling participants: with a regional operator and also with home-owners associations, as well as direct overhaul performers funding. This proposal has already been implemented in many regions of Russia.

The representative office of the Bank of Moscow in Yaroslavl was opened in September, 2000. Over the years of its operation in Yaroslavl the region division managed to establish itself as a reliable financial partner for organizations and individuals in the region. Credit portfolio of the Bank's office in Yaroslavl as of April 1, 2014 exceeded 2.5 milliard roubles. Warranty portfolio of SMB's clients reached 2 milliard roubles. More than 45 thousand individuals are the clients of the Bank of Moscow in Yaroslavl Region.
