Bank of Maharashtra held 11th Annual General Meeting on 26th June 2014 at its Head Office
'Lokmangal', Pune. All Directors, Top Executives, Shareholders and Stake holders attended the meeting. Shri S.Muhnot, Chairman & Managing Director attended the meeting along with Executive Directors Shri. R.Athmaram and Shri R.K.Gupta.
Chairman & Managing Director deliberated on the performance of the Bank and unveiled his vision and strategies for this Financial Year through thrust on MSME sector advances, Special Vertical for CASA Deposits Mobilization, Focus on profitable growth of business, Deploying Specially trained Relationship managers to provide Better customer service, Adoption of Digital Communication and Social Media for business Development & Communication, Harping on best class technology to provide best class products with best service.
CMD expressed his gratitude to shareholders, customers, and other stake holders for their trust, support and patronage. He also thanked to Government of India, RBI, SEBI and other regulatory authorities.
