Name Changes

The names of the following funds and investment services will be changed as follows:

The name change to "Income" from "Security" on the Managed Solution Portfolios will better align to the funds' overall investment goals to generate income, or include underlying holdings that generate income, while seeking to preserve the value of the securityholder's investment. The name change will not result in changes to the funds' objectives, strategies or risk ranking.
