Bank of the Ozarks Named Top Performing Bank in the Nation

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS - Bank of the Ozarks has been named the top performing bank in the nation by Bank Director magazine in Bank Director's 2015 Bank Performance Scorecard Highlighting America's Best Banks. This is the third consecutive year Bank of the Ozarks has achieved the number one ranking by Bank Director.

Bank Director's annual bank performance scorecard includes five key metrics related to profitability, capital strength and asset quality. The Scorecard ranks the 300 largest publically traded US banks divided into three separate asset categories. Bank of the Ozarks was ranked in the $5 billion and $50 billion asset category.

Bank of the Ozarks has been recognized in recent years as the top performing bank in the nation by multiple industry sources. In addition to Bank Director's number one ranking in 2015, 2014 and 2013, the ABA Banking Journal named Bank of the Ozarks as the top performing bank in its asset size category in both 2012 and 2011. SNL Financial named Bank of the Ozarks as the top performing regional bank in the country in 2015 and 2012.
