Bank Vozrozhdenie : Changes in the Management Board of Bank Vozrozhdenie

The Bank of Russia approved candidacy of Tatiana Orlova to stand for election to Bank Vozrozhdenie Management Board.

The decision was taken on the meeting of the Board of Directors on August 20, 2014. The candidacy of Tatiana Orlova complies with all the qualification and business reputation requirements set by the Russian legislation and legal acts of the Bank of Russia.

"Following the leading corporate governance guidelines and best international practices, we strive to enhance the role of marketing in the bank's development and emphasize its strategic aspect: deeper investigation of the banking market needs and the client base. This will help us to develop perfectly tailored products for our customers", commented Mr. Alexander Dolgopolov, Chairman of the Management Board.

Ms. Tatiana Orlova joined Bank Vozrozhdenie in 2007 and has been heading the Marketing Department since 2012. She graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation majoring in "International economics" and the New York University majoring in "Public relations" and "Art business".
