Annual General Meeting of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. - resolution re. dividend payment

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ('the Bank') hereby advises that the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting, held on 16th April 2014, made a decision on dividend payment.

PLN 1 000 932 452,30 of the Bank's net profit from 2013 will be allocated for dividend to shareholders. The number of shares eligible for the dividend is 93 545 089 (say: ninety three million five hundred forty five thousand and eighty nine).

Dividend per share is PLN 10,70.

The dividend registration day is 2nd May 2014 and the dividend will be paid on 16th May 2014.
