Bankia : Fitch Ratings confirms the credit rating of the bank’s covered bonds.

MATERIAL DISCLOSURE

Pursuant to article 228 of the recast Stock Market Act, implemented by Legislative Royal Decree 4/2015 of 23 October, Bankia, S.A. notifies that the rating agency Fitch Ratings (Fitch) affirmed the rating of Bankia's mortgage covered bonds at "A", maintaining the Stable outlook.

Inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Valencia, Tomo 9.341, Libro 6.623, Folio 104, Hoja: V-17.274. CIF: A-14010342

The rating action by Fitch is a result of updating its Covered Bonds Rating Criteria, which were published on 26 October 2016. The "Stable" outlook reflects Bankia's issuer rating.
