LONDON (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank (>> Deutsche Bank AG) said on Tuesday it was placing, alongside Barclays (>> Barclays PLC), around 25.4 million shares in British housebuilder Crest Nicholson (>> Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC) on behalf of Varde Investment Partners.
LONDON (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank (>> Deutsche Bank AG) said on Tuesday it was placing, alongside Barclays (>> Barclays PLC), around 25.4 million shares in British housebuilder Crest Nicholson (>> Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC) on behalf of Varde Investment Partners.
The accelerated share offering constitutes Varde's full residual stake, Deutsche Bank said in a statement.
