When was the last time that, while presenting during a meeting, someone in the audience asked you if you could prove your point with pertinent data? In most cases, granting this request would require you to quit your presentation, look for the relevant file while everybody is watching - which can be particularly annoying if you got the file via email-, before actually being able to share the requested data on the meeting-room screen.

Or, should you be unable to dig up a response yourself, you would have to quit your presentation, pass the projector cable on to a colleague, and call on him or her to prove your point on-screen.

In both cases, chances are you will have lost your audience's attention. While focusing on collateral details, people will tend to lose the plot of the presentation you are delivering so expertly.

There has to be another way. One without cable cluttering.

Just imagine the ease-of-use of a wireless presentation system, allowing you to share content from any device on the central meeting-room screen, with nothing but a single click of a button.

When asked to prove your point, your colleague could, in turn, push a button and present the data simultaneously on screen, alongside your presentation. The data would reinforce your point, and the audience wouldn't be drawn into the details as your presentation remains on-screen the entire time.

Actually, all of this is possible. There is indeed another way. Maybe it's time you discovered ClickShare…
