Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th May 2014, the company reports today that during the period from 16th June 2014 till 20th June 2014 the following transactions took place.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 784,897 shares on the date of 20th June 2014.
