Many enterprises working with ClickShare are already enjoying the ClickShare Management Suite (CMGS), enabling them to manage and maintain all units in their company network. And we have good news: CMGS version 1.2 has just been released, containing a number of exciting new features.

The ClickShare Management Suite is a great tool for IT-departments to manage the entire fleet of ClickShare units in their company. It allows them to - among other features - schedule updates automatically, so that every unit is always equipped with the latest software release.

Version 1.2 now brings a completely revamped webUI, welcoming a new experience. The navigation on the web interface becomes more intuitive following the look and feel of the new platforms. Also security and stability have been enhanced. A new diagnose page allows to check the status of the connection to the Base Units, and a range of information including health status of each individual unit.

The ClickShare Management Suite is very simple to install. All you need is a (virtual) server on the same network as the ClickShare Base Units, on which you can install the software using the ISO image provided. The ISO image can be downloaded from our website free of charge, after filling out a form with information about your ClickShare installation.
