High-performance projection for ProAV

The F70 projector is a perfect fit for fixed installation in a wide variety of venues and visitor attractions such as museums, theme parks, auditoriums, and science centers. And thanks to its motion platform compatibility, it's a perfect match for theme park dark rides. The projector enables customers to treat their audiences to compelling experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Performance beyond compare

Thanks to its advanced optical design, the F70 projector delivers razor-sharp, detailed images at 4K UHD resolution, with saturated colors. Moreover, the Constant Light Output (CLO) functionality guarantees constant brightness and color for a long time span. And through its DLP technology, advanced cooling, and rugged design, the F70 is a reliable projector with a long lifetime.

Barco Pulse processing inside

Just like for the Barco F90 projectors, Barco Pulse processing is the beating heart of the F70. In addition to an intuitive user interface, Barco Pulse's unique Single Step Processing (SSP) technology enables the F70 projector to achieve 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) resolution in only one step. So, you benefit from a sharper image and much higher overall image quality with less latency compared to other products on the market.

Low total cost of ownership

The F70 enables users to increase uptime while driving costs down. The laser phosphor light source provides a long lifetime of up to 60,000 hours and eliminates the need for lamp replacements. This reduces maintenance significantly and results in considerable cost-savings.

Faster setup time, more flexibility

Another benefit of the laser phosphor light source is that it enables the F70 projector to run in any orientation, for more installation flexibility. What's more, it shares its user interface and FLD and FLD+ lens portfolio with the other Barco F-series projectors. So, users who are already familiar with Barco's F series will integrate the F70 in a snap.

The F formula

Flexibility, freedom, and 4K UHD resolution are the special ingredients of Barco's F-series projector range. With the launch of the F70, Barco is expanding this projection family to address various brightness and resolution needs.

F70 on a robotic arm at ISE

The eye-catcher of this year's Barco booth at ISE will be the F70 projector mounted on a moving, robotic arm. This setup demonstrates that the F70 has no mounting angle restrictions and can be rotated 360 degrees. Tested and certified up to 3G, the projector is perfectly suited for motion-based projection in dark rides and simulators. The F70 will project onto a model of Barco's 'One Campus' headquarters, in combination with five F90 projectors.
