Barco and Peripheral Vision: ready for the first joined Open House

Remember how in January, we announced a distributor agreement with Peripheral Vision in South Africa? Well, on 14 and 15 June, we will host our first Open House event together, at the Peripheral Vision offices in Johannesburg. The objective: highlight our partnership and showcase the wide range of Barco solutions, to further develop our market share in the region. The event will, by the way, mark the launch of our OpSpace workstation on the South African market!
Getting to know Barco
Since January, Peripheral Vision has been providing South-African resellers and system integrators with easy access to Barco's extensive product portfolio − from networked AV solutions, the complete line-up of Barco projectors (except digital cinema projectors) and Image Processing solutions through to the ClickShare collaboration product range. The Open House is the ideal platform for our distributor's business partners and resellers to discover the Barco technology that Peripheral Vision has on offer. On the agenda: the launch and a demo of our OpSpace workstation, as well as hands-on demos of our control room technology, ClickShare and other solutions for events and entertainment.
AV and IT expertise
When signing the distributor agreement in January, Eric Brouwers, Barco Vice President MEA said: 'There is a solid market demand for AV suppliers who combine AV and IT expertise; who can deliver the complex solutions that today's clients are looking for. Peripheral Vision provides the ideal combination of products and services, including training, to meet that demand. In this way, we can supply our South-African customers with the cutting-edge solutions that they've come to expect from Barco.' We look forward to meeting these (future) customers face to face this week!
