What if … you could learn all about filmmaking or produce small-scale movies on the go? That would bring the art of moviemaking closer to students and young filmmakers, wouldn't it? Enter Cinebus, the mobile film studio which is currently touring Poland: a bus designed for movie development, shooting, post-production and even screenings. Our F90 laser phosphor projector is happy to travel with the bus to facilitate high-quality screening.

Cinebus - the mobile film studio is the innovative idea of Film Spring Open, a Polish NGO that is owned and managed by Oscar-nominated cinematographer Sławomir Idziak. The objective: to bring the latest cinema trends and technologies to students and filmmakers, for learning as well as small-scale productions.

Production, post-production and screening
In the bus, filmmakers can produce movies - that means shooting, including the director's preview and actors' make-up - and do all post-production tasks, such as editing, archiving and sound design. The bus even includes a small camera system for video streaming and the live tracking of the progress of work on the set. At the end of the day, users can review the results of their hard work in a tent hall attached to the bus. Here, our F90 projector ensures that the movie can be viewed with 4K UHD resolution and the brightest, most saturated colors.

Cinebus - the mobile film studio was introduced in October 2016 at Film Spring Open festival. Just recently (11 - 18 November 2017), it drew eyes at CAMERIMAGE - the world's largest festival dedicated to cinematography, in the Polish city of Bydgoszcz.
