The Chuditch PSC is located approximately 185 kilometers (km) south of Timor-Leste, 100 km east of the producing Bayu-Undan field, 50 km south of the potential Greater Sunrise development and covers approximately 3,571 square kilometers in water depths of 50-100 meters. It holds a 75% working interest and operates Chuditch PSC, through its wholly owned subsidiary company, SundaGas Banda Unipessoal Lda. The Dunrobin covers blocks 12/27c, 17/5, 18/1 and 18/2 in the Inner Moray Firth area of the North Sea and contains the Dunrobin and Golspie prospects. Its subsidiaries include SundaGas (Timor-Leste Sahul) Pty. Ltd and Gold Oil Peru S.A.C.
