LUDWIGSHAFEN, GERMANY, October 23, 2017 - BASF has closed the previously announced transaction to sell its electrolytes manufacturing site in Suzhou, China, to Shenzhen Capchem Technology Co., Ltd. (Capchem), a leading supplier in the global electronics chemical industry.

The divestiture includes a production site and the transfer of 69 employees to Capchem.
