Changes to the Board of Directors


Basil Read is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Doris Dondur as
independent non-­‐executive director to the Board, with effect from 24 June 2014.

Ms Dondur is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accounting
(University of Stellenbosch, Honours B Compt and Certificate in Theory of Accounting (University of South Africa) and MBA (University of Stellenbosch Business School).

Ms Dondur serves as a director on the boards of the following companies:

• Gautrain Management Agency (Deputy Chairperson);

• Civil Aviation Authority;

• SOUTH African National Blood Services (SANBS) and

• Trustee of Professional Provident Society Holdings (PPS).
