BB Seguridade ('Company') hereby informs that the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting approved, on this date, the Company's application for the 'Programa Destaque em Governança de Estatais' (State-Owned Enterprise Governance Program) of B3 S.A. - Brazil, Bolsa, Balcão ('B3'). The purpose of the program is to certify companies controlled, directly or indirectly, by the federal entities, which voluntarily commit themselves to the best practices of corporate governance.
