Khoury, Founder, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer, Werner Lieberherr, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Tom McCaffrey, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the meeting. In addition, Joe Lower, who will become Chief Financial Officer of B/E Aerospace on the effective date of the distribution, and Mike Senft, who is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of KLX, will also be available to answer questions.
