BE Semiconductor : Announces Transactions Under Share Repurchase Program

Duiven, the Netherlands, July 7, 2016 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the 'Company' or 'Besi') (Euronext Amsterdam: BESI; OTC markets: BESIY, Nasdaq International Designation), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, today announced that it repurchased 24,500 of its ordinary shares during the period from Wednesday June 29, 2016 up to and including Thursday July 7, 2016 at a weighted average price of € 23.94 for a total purchase amount of € 586,602. Since September 25, 2015, Besi has purchased a total of 740,331 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of € 20.52 for a total purchase amount of € 15,188,010. The share repurchases are part of a buy-back program announced on September 25, 2015.
