FORMAL NOTICE OF NOTES EARLY REDEMPTION

BEAZLEY GROUP LIMITED(Registered in England and Wales under number 04082477)

(the 'Issuer')

£150,000,000 Fixed/Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 17 October 2026 (XS0270707283) issued by the Issuer on 17 October 2006 (the 'Notes')

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all of the outstanding Notes will be redeemed by the Issuer on 17 October 2016 (the 'Redemption Date'), pursuant to Condition 7(b) of the terms and conditions of the Notes. The Notes will be redeemed at their aggregate principal amount (being £76,495,000) together with all Arrears of Interest and interest accrued (if any) on the Redemption Date.

The redemption of the Notes will be effected by way of delivery against payment.

Capitalised terms which are used in this notice, and which are not otherwise defined in this notice, shall have the meanings set out in the terms and conditions of the Notes (the 'Conditions').
