Acquisition of Gateway (Brussels Airport District) Execution of the authentic deeds

As a reminder, on 10 March 2015, Befimmo SA announced the conclusion of an agreement with the developers Codic and Immobel for the acquisition of the Gateway project (34,000 m² office space off- plan), let long term (18 years). The agreement was subject to the prior consent of the Brussels Airport Company.

Having received the consent of the Brussels Airport Company, the execution of the authentic deeds took place this Monday 27 April 2015.
