The Brussels-Capital Region published a Real-Estate Prospecting Notice. The latter concerns the provision of an office building of some 47,500 m² GLA for the Brussels Regional Public Service (SPRB).

As for previous calls for tender by the Region, Befimmo wishes to participate constructively in the call for tender launched by the SPRB. However, Befimmo would like to see the rules set out in the Real-Estate Prospecting Notice validated in advance.

In this context, Befimmo is lodging an appeal in extreme urgency with the Council of State.
Befimmo wants to ensure, from the start of the procedure, that the process of rehousing the Brussels Regional Public Services can take place in a secure legal framework, in the interest of both the tenderers and the SPRB.
