Within the framework of its buyback programme of own shares
up to a maximum amount of
€4.5 million, as announced on 21 May 2012, Befimmo reports
today the purchase of 2,163 Befimmo shares on NYSE Euronext
Brussels in the period from 2 July 2012 to 11 July 2012.
