BEGBIES TRAYNOR GROUP PLC The long-established electrical mechanical contracting firm DH Fathers Limited, based in Nottingham, has been placed into administration.
John Kelly and Nigel Price, of Begbies Traynor's Midlands office, have been appointed joint administrators. Mr Kelly said: "The company had survived the worst of the recession but the loss and delay of major contracts left them with no alternative but to seek the protection of an administration order."
The company employed over 60 staff and all but a small team to assist the administrators have been made redundant.
The administrators were appointed on June 22.
