Feb 27th, BNBM 2013 Annual Conference was successfully held on-line in BNBM Beijing Headquarter. Annual Conference is an important marketing activity for BNBM, in which to implement BNBM marketing ideas, deployment marketing work, and push the deep exchange with distributors & customers. This on-line conference was innovatively held which wasalso to resolutely implement central government's "to strictly enforce diligent and thrifty, and to oppose extravagance and waste". The theme of this year's annual conference was"Green, development, Cooperation and Win-win". Mr. Song Zhiping, Chairman and Party Secretary of CNBM, also Chairman of Sinopharm, attended the conference and delivered speech. Mr. Wang Bing, Vice President of CNBM Corporation and Chairman of BNBM delivered address. Mr. Zhang Nailing, Party Secretary and Vice GM of BNBM held the conference.

Mr. Wang Bing firstly expressed gratitudeto the leading and support of CNBM and to the cooperation of distributors and other cooperators. Mr. Wang Bing briefly summed up BNBM's marketing work in 2012 and the objectsfor next stage: 1. develop from industry well-known brand to society well-known brand; 2.fully complete the gypsum board layout of the 2 billion sqm; 3.advance mineral fiber board business to be the 2nd core product of the company, growing to be the No.1 mineral fiber board manufacturer in Asia within 3 years. 4.cultivate paints business and grow to be the largest high-end door and window manufacturer in China;and5.structure complete new type homes product system, push the development of light steel homes, wood homes, and prefab homes. At last, Mr. Wang Bing called on distributors, customers and other cooperators to elaborate BNBM's advantage in combing building materials and homes and bring more business and achieve win-win development.

During the meeting, Mr. Zou Yunxiang, Vice GM of BNBM gave a complete introduction of ideas and plans to imporve BNBM's marketing service system. BNBM will strengthen the customer-centered idea and improve service through adjusting mechanisms and optimizing processes.

Excellent distributors, cooperators and managers are praised during the conference as well as excellent strategic cooperators, excellent overseas distributors.

In the end, Mr. Song Zhiping delivered address. He affirmed BNBM's work in the last year, especially in terms of core business development, brand construction, technology innovation and marketing. He also briefly introduced business of CNBM in 2012, and analyzed the contemporary economic situation. He said that the development direction of the industry was defined in the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, the working principle of steady refinement was explicitly stated in the central economic work meeting.BNBM is to vigorously promote the construction of urbanization; BNBM's products from raw materials to energy-saving light weight end products as well as cycling system all meet the requirements of the scientific outlook on Development, which has bright future. Finally, Mr. Song Zhiping put forward 3 requirements for BNBM's future work: 1. seize the favorable trend of social development, consolidating present marketing network, at the same time strengthening the investment to expand marketing network and improve service; 2.innovate business modes, construct new business modes by modern means; and 3. increase the promote of housing components and homes while focusing on gypsum board as the core business.

In 2012, BNBM excessed all the targets set at the beginning of the year in the backdrop of economy downturn, continued regulation in real estate, overall decline of building materials industry with sales volume, sales, net profitsof gypsum board business all increased, EVA grew in step with net profit, realizing the efficient, quality, sustainable development proposed by central economic work meeting. The business scale of gypsum board reached 1.65 billion sqm, becoming the No.1 gypsum board manufacturer in the world. Three new strategies of BNBM made a major breakthrough, new rural homes was upgraded and innovated,and the demonstration project was designed and constructedin Miyun Beijing. "Beixin" brand was recognized as China well-known brand, so BNBM became the only company in building materials industry with 3 China Well-known brands. BNBM was listed in Top 500 brands in Asia by World Brand Lab and one of the three most famous brands in Asia. Also in the same year BNBM stock value was up 60% creating values for the country, investors and stock holders.
