UPDATE ON THE

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO

(I) DEEMED DISPOSAL; AND

(II) OPTIONS GRANTED

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 15 December 2017 and 8 February 2018 ("Announcements") in relation to the deemed disposal and options granted. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On 18 April 2018, Investor A exercised its right to purchase 688 Option Shares for cash on the terms and conditions of the Option granted from CIPGL to Investor A under the Subscription Agreement. Immediately after the transfer of 688 Option Shares from CIPGL to Investor A, the shareholding structure of CIPHL is set out as below:
