Bellzone Mining : Results of Placing

Bellzone Mining plc ("Bellzone" or the "Company") (AIM: BZM) announces the successful completion of the placing announced on 23 November 2017 (the "Placing").

A total of 128,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Placing Shares") have been placed with clients of SVS Securities Plc ("SVS") at a price of 1.25 pence per share, raising net proceeds of approximately £1.5 million.

The Placing Shares, which have now been issued, are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, including the right to receive all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after the date of issue. The Placing Shares have today been admitted to trading on the AIM Market.

Following completion of the Placing, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,597,858,383 Ordinary Shares, of which 32,657,970 Ordinary Shares are held by the Company in treasury.

Therefore, as at 29 November 2017, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,565,200,413. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
