NEENAH, WISCONSIN, November 3, 2011 - The Board of Directors
of Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE:BMS) has declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of 24 cents per share. The dividend
is payable December 1, 2011, to shareholders of record at the
close of business on November 15, 2011.
