Berkeley : Raymond Blanc to open Waterside Restaurant at Fulham Reach

Celebrated chef Raymond Blanc will launch a new Brasserie Blanc restaurant at the award-winning Fulham Reach on Monday 12 June. The new restaurant will be in a prime position within Goldhurst House and will offer a chic, casual dining experience on the edge of the River Thames.

Brasserie Blanc will expand the development's culinary offering by providing home-cooked French dishes which take their inspiration from both Raymond's childhood favourites and from modern culinary influences.

Diners will be able to enjoy authentic meals made using the best seasonal ingredients from within the elegant oval building, with views across the neighbouring waterfront through floor-to-ceiling windows. There will also be an outside terrace offering al fresco dining opportunities. Brasserie Blanc will offer a relaxed and welcoming ambiance and stunning design features from plush banquette seating to a large central bar and feature lighting.
