Best Buy has again been recognized for its sustainability efforts by being named to the FTSE4Good Index for the fourth year in a row. The index includes publicly traded companies with strong environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices.

This year marks the 15 anniversary of FTSE Russell's flagship ESG Index Series, FTSE4Good. The Index Series provides investors with an objective benchmark in which to evaluate companies. Best Buy's overall score increased this year, and we received the highest possible score in the categories of Climate Change, Environmental Supply Chain, Social Supply Chain and Corporate Governance.

According to FTSE Russell, the last 15 years have brought a noticeable shift in the investment landscape. ESG principles have gone from a niche concept to a core investment strategy among asset managers. We are pleased to see this trend as Best Buy is committed to positively impacting the environment and our communities, which we believe creates long-term value for all of our stakeholders.
